Finding Space to Breathe A four week guided journal for caregivers

You give so much of yourself to others. This journal offers a small, practical way to make room for yourself, too.

Across 28 gentle entries, you’ll revisit seven themes: noticing what you carry, creating a pause, naming a need, asking for help, letting one thing be good enough, reconnecting with yourself, and protecting the space you’ve made. The prompts change each week so you can look back and notice what has shifted.

Each day includes a reflection, one manageable action, and space to write. Weekly check-ins help you see what’s working and what still needs support. You can move at your own pace; there’s no catching up to do if you miss a day.

What you receive: One 40-page digital PDF journal, including 28 guided entries, four weekly reflections, a plan for the following month, and an introduction to the Caregiver Comeback course. The PDF can be read on screen or printed at home for handwriting. It is not a fillable PDF.

A gentle first step for caregivers who need a little breathing room in the life they’re living now.
